It’s time to revitalise our iconic beachfront.

Our community boasts one of Australia's most iconic and recognisable beachfronts, a top destination for friends and families in Perth, and a well-recognised tourist destination worldwide.

 

Yet, while we continue to spend our time at Cottesloe, it has become tired and run-down. The last significant upgrade was four decades ago. 

 

The good news is that a comprehensive Masterplan already exists and it’s ready to go.

 

I’m fighting for:

 

Implementation of the Cottesloe Masterplan. The Town of Cottesloe has designed a redevelopment in collaboration with our local community to ensure it meets the needs of both locals and visitors alike. The plans are finalised and ready to go.

 

Improved beach access, the creation of additional recreational space, reduced traffic speed and volume, and better pedestrian access. The plan also includes an amphitheatre of grass terraces, a lookout and fitness area, and a pedestrian piazza.

 

A commitment from the State and Federal Governments to support the realisation of this vital redevelopment.
