Poor telecommunications are not just an inconvenience; they leave us without mobile coverage, internet access, and working landlines when we need them most.

 

Perth Hills residents know just how bad telecommunications are—this has been a long-standing, well-known problem for decades.

 

Our volunteer bushfire brigades rely on mobile phones for call-outs, GPS navigation, and emergency alerts.

 

Despite promises from the Labor Government, people across the Perth Hills have been left waiting for solutions. We cannot afford to wait any longer.

 

I need your support to ensure that our community has reliable telecommunications during future disasters, keeping residents, businesses, and volunteer brigades connected.

 

It’s time the Perth Hills had the telecommunications infrastructure it deserves to stay safe and informed during emergencies.
